With the increasing number of children with special needs entering mainstream schools in Singapore, this discussion will focus on how Occupational Therapists play an important role in supporting the child and family easing into transiting between preschools/ early intervention to primary schools. We will also look into what more can be done in the preschool/ early intervention settings to make this transition manageable for the child and families.
