Returning to work after injury or illness can feel overwhelming – but with the right support, it becomes possible.

At NUH, Principal Occupational Therapist Chen Zhenzhen leads a pioneering Return-to-Work Coordination Programme that has helped nearly 400 individuals re-enter the workforce over the past four years. The programme combines rehabilitation, job matching, and workplace accommodations to ensure sustainable outcomes for workers and employers alike.

Zhenzhen also mentors new OTs and contributes to national frameworks that shape the future of return-to-work services in Singapore.
