Note: There will be a maximum capacity of 24 clinicians and 6 students only.

Bibliography of speaker:
Mr Kent Jui-Kun Chang is the Chief Occupational Therapist at the Rehabilitation Department of Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Occupational Therapy at Kaohsiung Medical University. He specializes in hand therapy, burns management, orthosis, assistive technology, work rehabilitation, and OT department administration.
From 2011 to 2014, Mr Chang served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Asia-Pacific Federation of Society of Hand Therapists (APFSHT). Additionally, he has been an executive member of the Board of Directors for the Taiwan Occupational Therapy Association from 1994 to 2022, and for the Kaohsiung Occupational Therapy Association.

What You can Expect in the Workshop
Mr Chang will introduce LunaCast, a new material developed for a variety of static and dynamic splints. Information on LunaCast can be found on their website in Japanese: ルナキャスト｜医療・介護施設向け製品｜イワツキ株式会社. These designs may include finger splints, spring wrist cock-up splints, anti-claw hand splints, and spider splints. Participants will have the opportunity to fabricate these splints using LunaCast in the workshop. The programme will conclude with a panel discussion to discuss case applications in Singapore in various settings.
